1. Once contacted, we set up a phone consultation to review your travel interest and personal needs.

2. We start the research process for securing customized travel experiences.

3. We design your trip into a customized itinerary and begin the booking process. At this point, a deposit is made for your trip.

4. We then review your options, including hotel choices, airline reservations, amenities, travel insurance, and trip excursions.

5. A couple of weeks before your trip, we send or deliver your travel documents to you.

6. We’re available to assist you for any last-minute questions or unexpected emergencies, providing 24/7 support.

7. We remain in constant contact and follow up with you after you return from your trip. We are eager to hear any feedback or highlights.
